IBPS Common Written Examination (CWE) for Rural Banks

NABARD has notified that it is mandatory for each of the RRBs to adopt the system of Common Examination for recruitment of Officers and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) and it has been approved by the Government of India. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is going to conduct a Common Written Examination (CWE) as pre-requisite (pre-qualification) for the recruitment of personnel for Group-"A"- Officers (Scale-I,II and III) and Group -"B" Office Assistants (Multipurpose) posts in the Regional Banks. IBPS, an autonomous body registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 and a Public
Trust under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 Written Examination. The CWE for be conducted twice a year by IBPS.

At present there are 82 Regional Banks for which the test is being conducted. (Details can be seen in the Advertisement). The selection in Regional Banks will be made only through the candidates who qualifies this CWE test as taken by the IBPS and stipulating the eligibility criteria, as desired by respective RRBs in terms of age, educational qualification, proficiency in Official Language of the State/UT for which vacancy a candidate wishes to apply, experience (if any), minimum required level of IBPS score in each component test plus Total Weighted Standard Score etc.

After deducting the tax a quarterly Income Tax Return (26 Q or 24Q) is to be filled in electrically mode. Now with the help of this data uploaded by you, Form No. 16A can be generated from TIN-NSDL site. It has been made compulsory by the Income Tax Department for all deductors to issue Form 16A generated through TIN-NSDL site. A Circular in this regard has been issued by the Department bearing no. 1/2012 dated 09/04/2012. It has been mandatory from 01/04/2012. Earlier in the Financial Year 2011-12 it was mandatory for Companies and Banks to issue Form 16A form TIN-NSDL site to their deductors from whom payments they have deducted TAX.  So from now onward everyone should know the process " How to Download Form 16A from the TIN-NSDL site. 

First of all you have to register your TAN at the TIN-NSDL site if it is not already registered. After making registration Log in to your account and follow the below procedure : 

  • Login at tin-nsdl.com with your TAN Account 
  • Next screen it will ask the Login Details like as User ID, Password and TAN.
  • You can request for for Form 16 or Form 16A as per your requirement from the TDS Certificate button as shown in the picture.
  • Some Details will be required Like as Token Provisional Receipt Number (PRN), QTR-1,QTR-2,QTR-3 or QTR-4 (as applicable), Financial Year. After entering these details click on the submit Button. 
  • After entering these details the next screen will ask the details as given in the picture below:

Indian Navy Enrolment as SSR Batch 01/2013

How to file your Income Tax Return ONLINE for free ?

Income Tax Department is providing software for Free of Cost which could be easily downloaded from its site in Excel and PDF modes. Choose any of the mode you like, fill in the required information, create .xml file and just upload the same. That's it. Your Income Tax Return has been filed in so easy way. But before filing your return it is suggested to check your 26AS (Tax Ledger) by logging in to your account on www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in if you have already register yourself otherwise every new user has to register at this website in order to avail this facility.

Here are the steps to file your Income Tax Return :-
  • First of all go to the https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in site. 
  • Create your Login here (If you have already not made) by giving the details i.e. PAN, Date of Birth, etc. as given in the picture.
  • An User Id and Password will be allotted to you. Note down this because it will be needed each and every time you want to Login your account.
  • The next step is to check your View Tax Credit Statement (26AS) under the tab My Account. 
  • Download the Return Preparation Utility from the link provided in the Left hand side under the Download Tab. 
  • Fill all the relevant columns in the RPU and create a .xml file which could be uploaded.
  • To submit your Return Select the Assessment Year under the Submit Your Return Tab in the left side. 
  • After selecting the Assessment Year it will show your PAN on the top following by the Assesment Year. You have to enter the Form in which you have prepared the data i.e. ITR-1, ITR-2, ITR-3, ITR-4 or ITR-4S and about the Digital Signatures. 
  • Press Next button to go to the Next window in which it will ask the path of your .xml file to be uploaded. After choosing the file just Press Upload Button. CONGRATULATIONS! Your Income Tax Return has  been Uploaded.

The envelope containing the application must mention the name of the post applied for.  The dully filled in application must be sent to The Secretary, Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission at the address given above

ONLINE APPLICATION:   The Candidates may also submit application  ONLINE  for which a  provision has been made in DERC website.  The candidates should click  “APPLY ONLINE” link provided in the notice for vacancies to open  ONLINE  Application Form.  Please follow the instructions and proceed to fill the form.  Please note that all fields have to be filled and no column should be left blank.  You are also requested to upload relevant documents at appropriate column to substantiate essential qualifications possessed by you.  The candidates after successfully submitting application ONLINE, should take a Print out of the application form, paste his/her recent photograph, put his/her signature in the appropriate column/ space in the application, and must enclose a self attested copy(s) of the certificates to substantiate the educational/other essential qualifications mentioned in the application form) and send it to The Secretary, DERC at the address given above.  The envelope containing the application must mention the name of the post applied for.   Please note that if you are applying for more than one post, separate application with supporting documents should be submitted for each post.  The application submitted ONLINE will be treated as complete only, if, hard copy of the application, complete in all respect, along with all relevant supporting documents are received at DERC on or before the last date of submission of application.

The last date for submission of application is 15.06.2012.

The incomplete application or application submitted in a different format is liable to be summarily rejected.
