Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) - November 2012

The Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi is going to conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). The eligible candidates who are willing for job for Classes I to VIII can apply On-line for this test through the official website of CBSE/CTET. The exam will be conducted on 18.11.2012 in two sessions. The Paper-I will be conducted from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm and the Paper-II is scheduled from 13.30 pm to 15.00 pm. The candidates have to appear in both the papers. The eligibility of the candidates should be as under :
ELIGIBILITY:

The candidates having the following minimum educational qualification are eligible for appearing in CTET.

Minimum Educational Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V (Primary Stage):
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

Note: (i) Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks in the minimum Educational Qualification for eligibility to apply shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to reserved categories, such as SC/ST/OBC/Differently able.

(ii) Diploma/Degree Course in Teacher Education: For the purposes of this Notification, a diploma/degree course in teacher education recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) only shall be considered. However, in case of Diploma in Education (Special Education) and B.ED (Special Education), a course recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) only shall be considered.

(iii) Training to be undergone: A person with D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) qualification shall undergo, after appointment an NCTE recognized 6-month Special Program in Elementary Education.

(iv) The minimum qualifications referred above apply to teachers of Languages, Social Studies/Social Science, Mathematics, Science etc. In respect of teachers for Physical Education, the minimum qualification norms for Physical Education teachers referred to in NCTE Regulation, dated 3rd November, 2001 (as amended from time to time) shall be applicable. For teachers of Art Education, Craft Education, Home Science, Work Education, etc. the existing eligibility norms prescribed by the State Governments and other school managements shall be applicable till such time the NCTE lays down the minimum qualifications in respect of such teachers.

(v) The candidate not having any of the above qualification shall not be eligible for appearing in Central Teacher Eligibility Test.

How To Enable Macro in EXCEL while using Income Tax Return e-Filing Utility

The Last to file your Income Tax Return for the Financial Year 2011-12 (Assessment Year 2012-13) is very close i.e. 31st of July 2012. The salaried persons who have a total Income above Rs. 10 Lac have been made compulsory to file their Return in electronic mode .The Income tax Department has provided Return Preparing Software (RPU's) free of cost to prepare your Income Tax Return and prepare .XML file to upload the same after Login from www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in with your credentials. While preparing data in Excel file there are some precautions to be taken without which you will not be able to prepare your .XML file to upload.  When the macro security level in Excel is set to Low (not recommended), macros can be run without prompting. When macro security is set to Medium, Excel displays a dialog box asking if you want to enable macros. When macro security is set to High (the recommended macro security setting for all users), Excel allows you to run only those macros that are digitally signed.

  • To allow unsigned macros to run, the Trust all installed add-ins and templates check box must be selected on the Trusted Publishers tab of the Security dialog box. This option is selected by default. If it is not selected (recommended), Excel allows you to run only macros that have trusted digital signatures.

Auditors Recruitment through Haryana Staff Selection Commission 2012-13

Haryana Staff Selection Commission has advertised for 41 Posts of Auditors with reference this Commission Advt. No. 2/2010, dated 13.08.2010 which published on 14.8.2010 in Dainik Bhaskar, Punjab Kesri (Ambala), Aaj Smaj, The Tribune, Hindustan Times (Chandigarh), Indian Express (Delhi).

Now the Commission has issued a Corrigendum in this regard and has enhanced the Posts of Auditors for Local Audit Department Haryana to the extent of 87. the posts of Auditors have been increased from 41 to 87 and the revised break-up may be read as under:-

(GEN=33, SC=19, BCA=14, BCB=7, ESM GEN=6, ESM SC=2, ESM BCA=1, ESM BCB=2, OSP GEN=1, OSP BCB=1, PHC, Ortho=1)

Educational Qualifications : i) Graduate preferably in Commerce of a recognized University.
ii) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matriculation.

Pay Scale:  Rs. 9300-34800+ Rs. 3200 Grade pay.

Age: 18-40 years

Application Fee: For General Category Rs. 150 and for Reserve Category Rs. 35

The eligible candidates who could not apply earlier may apply now up to 31st July, 2012. However, such candidates who have already applied earlier need not apply again as their old application will be considered.

South Indian Bank recently open new vacancies for clerical cadre (clerk) jobs. According to the bank, they are looking for eligible people who are ready to work anywhere across the country.  No IBPS scorecard role in this recruitment project, candidates who matching with bank’s eligibility conditions may submit jobs applications with in the closing date.  We invites all our faithful readers to view following details, and after 100% satisfied, apply for the same.

  • No of positions: 40 jobs
Maximum age restriction is 26 years as on 30.06.2012. Persons who are applying under reservation category like SC, ST, OBC may see full advertisement notification to know upper age relaxation. 

Minimum graduation required for probationary clerk post, if graduation completed 10+2+3 system 55% scores required in science subject or 50% marks in arts or any other subject. 

Last but not least, applicant should have computer knowledge and working knowledge with its applications.

Important: Applicant should be permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.

Bank will conduct written examination for those candidates whose applications received complete in all respect and also within deadlines. After this written test bank will publish South Indian Bank Clerk Result 2012 at bank’s official website i.e. www.southindianbank.co.in. Candidates who passed or qualified in this test have to appear in personal interview. Call letter for personal interview will be available also in bank’s website.  After personal interview bank will considered written test, interview and will take final decision to appoint suitable candidates.

There is Rs. 250/- application fee for General and OBC and Rs. 50 for SC and ST. Fee should be paid in form of crossed DD in the favor of bank, payable at Hyderabad.
