Application Fees : The Registration as well as counselling fee of 1000/- (for General category candidates) and 625/- (for SC/BC/PH candidate of Haryana only). 

How to Apply : The interested candidates have to apply in online mode only. After registering themselves they have to fill choices of their college according to their requirement. Locking of choices is must before the last date. Online choice filling and locking dates for Phase-I is 21.07.2014 to 08.08.2014 (upto 5-00 p.m.) and for Phase-II is 21.07.2014 to 16.08.2014 (upto 5-00 p.m.). Locking of submitted choices is advisable, however, candidates who do not lock the choices, their last filled choice would be considered final. Display of category-wise merit list of the applicants is 09-08-2014 (upto 5.00 p.m.) and 17-08-2014 (upto 5.00 p.m.) for Phase-I and Phase-II respectively. 

If the candidate got admission in the college in which he/she wants to take admission, he/she have to report the college in the scheduled time as given on the website of the University otherwise their admission may be cancelled. 

If the seats after phase-I and phase -II of counselling for B.Ed. course under Govt./ Govt. Aided/ Maintained college of Education and Self- Financing Scheme Colleges of Education still remain vacant, then, next phase of counselling i.e. Phase-III for vacant/ left over seats in all the colleges will be conducted by M.D.University, Rohtak with a late fee of Rs. 2,000/- and every candidate has to apply afresh. The candidate can register online after the last date of application of Phase-II i.e. 08.09.2014 (after advertisement in news papers/ website). However, their applications will be considered in Phase-III, only if, the seats remain vacant after counselling of Phase-II. In case the need arises, the next counselling i.e. Phase-IV will be conducted with a late fee of Rs. 3,000/- and even candidate has to apply afresh again. The cut off date for last admission will be 15.10.2014 in all respects. The schedule for filling up these vacant seats will be displayed on the website and will also be notified in two national dailies.


Cut off date for eligibility will be the last date/time of online choice filling. Note: After subsequent counseling for vacant/leftover seats in colleges of education, no further counselling shall be conducted by the University for admission and no college shall be allowed to make admission beyond 15.10.2014 even if seats remain vacant, to meet the minimum requirement of 200 days compulsory teaching as per NCTE norms. Candidates must take print-out of their online Application Form along with their locked choices. This print-out has to be signed and submitted at the time of reporting for admission.The outcome of different rounds will be displayed on the websites www.hrybed2014.org, www.hrybed2014.net. as per admission schedule. No individual allotment letter will be sent to the candidates. All the candidates who are allotted seats will report to allotted college/institute within stipulated date, failing which their seat allotment shall stand cancelled. Also, they will not be considered for further Counsellings.

Eligibility :

2. Age  :

3. Job Profile:

Undertaking recovery visits, post sanction field visits for disbursement, Marketing of Housing Loans, making phone calls to customer for business/recoveries, scanning of documents, data entry operations in the computer, attending to the customers, documentation etc. and any such other work assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time.

4. Period of Contract and termination: 

The contract shall be for one year only, and may be renewed for another year at the sole discretion of the company. 

In case if company requires the services of the selected candidate for further period, the contract may be renewed for further period up to 2 more years with renewals after each year. 

Either party may terminate the contract by giving one month‟s notice in writing/by remitting one month‟s compensation amount.  The company reserves the right to terminate the services of contract appointee who fails to show satisfactory performance or even without assigning any reasons by giving one month's notice at any time during the contract period. 

5. Compensation:

The contract appointee is eligible for PF.  An amount Rs. 780/- will be deducted from his /her monthly compensation and a matching amount of Rs.780/- from the company will be contributed. 

An Ex-gratia amount upto Rs.9000/- (@ Rs.750/- p.m on pro-rata  basis from the date of joining)  is payable during May‟15, subject to Board‟s approval. 

Applicable Statutory deductions like Professional Tax, TDS etc., if any, shall be deducted from their emoluments.

6. Other benefits:

Casual Leave  – 1 day for each completed month of service, subject to a maximum of 10 days during the calendar year .  
Annual Leave –  20 days in a calendar year on pro-rata basis, after completion of 1 year of contract.  

Carry-over of unavailed Casual leave is not permissible.

7. Application/ Fee :

The application form is provided in annexure 1. The candidates can down load the application form from our website  or   get the same printed or neatly typed.  All the columns of the application should be filled in without fail and must be signed by candidate himself/herself. If any column is not applicable the same should be recorded as “Not Applicable”. The application form duly filled in along with one recent passport size photograph & Demand draft of any nationalised Bank of Rs. 100/-  (nonrefundable) favoring „CAN FIN HOMES LTD., drawn on Bangalore should be sent to the following address:-

Payment of application fee by any other mode /means will not be accepted.  Apart from application, photograph and Demand Draft of Rs.100/-, the candidate should not send any other documents.  

8. Last date for receipt of application:  

This advertisement format /application form will be available in our Web for 23 days from 25/07/14 to 16/08/14. 

Duly filled in applications in a closed cover  superscribing “Application for engagement of Junior Officers on contract “should reach the above address of Regd. Office, Bangalore on or before 18/08/14 by 5 PM. Application received after the said date & time will not be accepted/entertained. No other correspondence shall be entertained on the subject. 

9.  Selection Procedure :
  • The selection for the post of Junior Officers on contract shall be by way of Interview only. 
  • The applications not in conformity/as per the format (as in annexure 1) will be rejected. 
  • Company reserves the right to accept/reject any application at any stage including calling for  interview.
  • A committee of Executives of the company will shortlist the candidates  in the ratio of  1: 10 (i.e. 10 candidates for 1 vacancy) for the branches listed in the advertisement branch-wise, based upon candidates‟ performance  in academics, qualification his/her ability to speak, read or write local language, nearness of his/her domicile to branch, career and  experience in the previous assignment etc.  
  • The names of 200 candidates short listed for interview for 20 vacancies will be published in our website on or before 21/08/14 along with the details of venue/date/time for interview. Candidates shall note that no individual communication will be sent to the applicants calling for attending the Interview. All candidates are advised to refer our Website  for all types of communication/ information on interview, appointment etc. The tentative schedule for conducting the interviews at Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi & Hyderabad or any other center will be between 25/08/14 to 30/08/14. 
  • The Management reserves the right to change the above centers at its discretion in case of need.  
  • By and  large, the  selected candidates will be posted to the branches for which they have opted for (I or II choice).  Even though choice is given for the candidates now to opt branch for placement, it must be noted that company reserves the absolute right to post the selected candidates to nearby branches (of the same region/state) also.  
  • The list of selected candidates (additional candidates may also be selected at the discretion of management) will be published in our Website  on or before 01/09/14 and offer letter will be communicated to the selected candidates by e-mail/courier. 
  • The Selected candidates should join the respective branch from 02/09/14 onwards.  Wherever required, joining time for the selected candidates shall be extended upto 2 months with prior permission at the discretion of the company.  Such request shall be made within 10/09/14. 
  • If the selected candidate does not join within a week or if the request for extension of Joining time is not received by 10/09/14, offer of engagement will be automatically cancelled and no correspondence will be entertained thereafter.  
  • If any of the information furnished by the candidate is found to be false/ untrue at any time in his/ her service, they are liable to be discontinued/ disqualified.   

10. General Instructions:
  • Actual bus/train fare for the travel from the place of his/her domicile to the center of interview will be paid up to the limit of AC 3 tier (by shortest distance) for to & fro journey to the eligible candidates who attend the interview, on production of original tickets for onward journey & Xerox copy of return journey tickets provided return journey is undertaken on the date of interview or the immediate next day. No claim for reimbursement will be entertained after the interview date.  
  • The Company reserves its right to change the date/schedule of interview center/ number of candidates to be selected after interview at its sole discretion. However changes, if any, will be published in our Website.  
  • The selected candidates should be in a position to join the branch by 02/09/14.  
  • Candidates should ensure that they fit into the eligibility criteria before applying. The company reserves the right to reject ineligible candidate‟s application at any stage.
  • Candidates have to send the hard copy of the application in the prescribed format only to the address  mentioned in the Para 7 of this advertisement and all the columns of application are to be filled in. 
  • Any application received after 5 PM on 18/08/14 & thereafter will not be accepted / entertained and no correspondence will be entertained.

15166 Guest Teachers Recruitment in NCT of Delhi 2014-15

Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Directorate of Education invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement of Guest   Teachers   for   the   post(s)   of  Assistant   Teacher   (Primary/Nursery),      Trained Graduate     Teacher     (TGT)   and    Post   Graduate     Teacher    (PGT/Lecturer)      in   Delhi Government   Schools  for  the  year  2014-15.  Guest   Teachers   shall  be  engaged   purely   on  adhoc   and  daily   basis   till  the posts   are  filled   up  on  regular   basis.   Guest Teachers shall  not  be  entitled  to regular appointment.    This  is purely  a stop  gap  arrangement.     The  candidates so  engaged   shall  not  claim   salary,  allowances,    facilities   and  other   benefits accruing to  the  regular   teachers.      The   candidates    so  engaged    as  Guest Teachers  shall  not file any court  case  regarding  salary  and  requlartzation   etc. Engagement  of  Guest Teachers is done  Districtwise.  Subject-wise    vacancies    in each  District  are  at Annexure.     However,  the number  of vacancies   is tentative and  is  subject   to  change.     Department  reserves the right  to alter the  number of vacancies at  any time.  Directorate  of  Education will  maintain  a wait  list /  panel of candidates to meet any requirement in the Current Academic Year. Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be below 36 years for PGT/EVGCs, below 30 years for Male and 40 years for Female for TGTs and not exceed 30 years for remaining posts. Age limit should be reckoned as on 01-07-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post Graduate degree in the subject concerned, with B. Ed for PGTs, Bachelor Degree (Hons/ Pass) or equivalent from a recognized university in the concerned subject with B.Ed for TGTs and Graduate with Bachelor’s of Physical Education (B.P. Ed.) or its equivalent for Post No.3, Graduate with B.Ed (Special Education) or B.Ed with two years diploma in special Education for Post No.4, B.A. Degree with Music as one of the subject from a recognized University for Post No.5, MA in Drawing and Painting/ Fine art from a recognized University for Post No.6, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diploma in Library Science from a recognized University Institute or equivalent for Post No.7. Selection Process: Candidates would be selected on merit basis.

How to apply : Willing   candidates    may  register   themselves    with  anyone     District    of  choice online   on  our  website   www.edudel.nic       in     from  30.07.2014    (11.00  AM)   to 07.08.2014  (UPTO  6  PM).  Submission   of  applications   other   than  online   shall not  be  entertained and  any  deviation    in  this  regard   shall  lead  to  summary rejection.   Applicants    are  strictly   instructed    not  to  send  any  hard  copy  of  the application   to this  department.
