JBT / D.Ed, & D.Ed. Urdu Admission Notification 2011
State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT) has invited the application for admission JBT / D.Ed. Admission commencing in session 2011-2012. Prospectus for admission for D.Ed. & D.Ed. Admission is available in District Education & Training Institute (DIET). Palwal, Fatehabad, Jhajjar & Mewat where office of DIET does not exists, candidats from these districts can obtain the prospectus from the office of District Education Officer (DEO) on payment of Rs. 300/- for General Category & Rs. 75/- SC & BC candidates.
Admission to JBT/ D.Ed. course will be made on the basis of marks secured in 10+2 examination. Counselling for admission is tentatively scheduled to be held from 18 July 2011. Advertisement regarding the exact date and time of counselling will be published in 2nd week of July in Newspaper such as Dainik Bhaskar, Dainik Jagaran, Amar Ujala & The Tribune. District wise seat availability, fee details, reservation rules in JBT college can be checked from the SCERT website.

Education Qualification : 10+2 with 50% Marks (45% for SC & BC).
Candidates applying for D.Ed. Urdu must have passed Matric Exam with Urdu Subject in addition to above qualification.

After a long waiting the merit list and counselling schedule for admission to JBT (D.Ed.) and D.Ed. Urdu admission for session commencing in 2011 has been declared. Counselling for JBT will commence from 30 July 2011 and last up to 17 August 2011 while for admission to D.Ed. Urdu counselling will be held on 14 August 2011. Category wise rank index for based on marks in 12th Class, Date and Time of Counselling is has been published in the newspaper.
