Education Qualification : (i) Degree from a Recognized University
(ii) 120 Hours Computer course from an ISO 9001 Certified Computer Training Institute or DOEACC ‘O’ Level Course
(iii) Must have studied Punjabi up to 10th standard
Age Limit : 18 37 Years
