If you want to change your Broadband Plan of BSNL you can change it very easily. There is no need to go to Exchange and fill the form for cahnge of BB Plan. In left side there is a option Service Provisions.
There are given so many options like as Change of Landline Plan, Shift a Landline phone and much more with Change Broadband Tariff Plan. Select the option Change BB Tariff Plan. All the information regarding your existing Plan will be displayed there. In the Option change Broadband Plan select your plan as per your need and submit request. Your BB Plan will change.
