Various vacancies has been advertised by Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) Mumbai a Government of India undertaking . TMC has invited the application for the same . Chief Administrative Office

Essential qualifications:  Minimum MBA(full time course) from a recognized Institute of repute. Formal qualification in hospital management such as Diploma in Hospital and Health Management or Law is desirable.

HRD Officer

Essential qualifications: Graduate with P.G. Management degree/diploma in Human Resource/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Public Administration. 

Dy. Chief Security Officer

Essential qualifications: Graduate from a recognized University. Preference will be given to ex-servicemen/Police Personnel worked in a senior capacity not below the equivalent rank of Captain/D.S.P. in the Army/Police respectively or the candidate should have worked as Security Officer in a large civil organization for a minimum period of 8 years in the pre-revised scale of Rs.6500-10500

Dy. Controller of Accounts

Essential qualifications: B. Com. or any graduate with 5 years experience in Financial Management and Managerial Information System

Assistant Medical Supdt. (Trainee)

Essential qualifications: Medical degree(M.B.B.S./M.D.) or Dental Degree(B.D.S./M.D.S.) + Post Graduation in Hospital Administration.  Prior experience in a hospital is preferable.

Screen 1 seeks the following information :  
 
Please Select Proper option in " TYPE(NON_MEDICAL) "

After filling the information on the first screen, click on SAVE button.

You will receive an e-mail containing your Application ID and password. Using this Application ID and password, you can access your Application Form. If you wish, you may modify/ update information ((if you receive degree marks before the last date of submission).

Saving this screen will take you to Next screen – with your Application ID on it.

Screen 2 seeks the following information :  
 
Education Qualifications–

Fill the information for each year of the degree separately, and click on “add” to save this information in the grid.,
To add any Qualification other than mentioned in combo-box,select 'Others'
Current Employment details
  
After filling this information, click on SAVE button, which will save these records and then click on NEXT button .

Screen 3 seeks the following information :  
 
Professional Experience–

Professional experience – fill the information in pre-defined fields, and click on “add” to save the information in the grid. Continue to fill and ‘add’ details about experience for subsequent periods/ different post in the same manner.

To add any Experience other than mentioned in combo-box,select 'Others' .
After filling this information, click on SAVE button, which will save these records and take you to the next screen.

Screen 4 seeks the following information :  
 
After filling this information, click on SAVE button, which will save these records and take you to the next screen.
At any point before you submit your form, you can use the BACK button to go back, check and correct/ modify any entry on the previous screen/s.

Screen 5 seeks the following information :  
 
Print preview of Application Fom

First Submit Application Form.And then take the PRINT

At the end of screen 5, you may use any of these: BACK, PRINT, SUBMIT.

If you have entered all information, click on the SUBMIT button. This saves your record permanently and submits it to us. You will receive a second email informing you that your form has reached us. Once you click on the SUBMIT button, you cannot modify or delete the record - you can only view and print it.

[ B ] Submission  

Demand Draft :      
 
The candidate shall submit a Demand Draft of Rs.300/-(Rs.75/-for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of "TATA MEMORIAL CENTRE, PAREL, MUMBAI–400012"

The candidate must submit Demand Draft,a recent passport size photograph, attested copies of all certificates regarding Date of Birth, Educational qualification, Experience Certificates, Caste Certificate, Physically Handicapped Certificate etc. along with the copy of online application form On or Before- 25/11/2011

Only committed applications will be accepted. The candidate will be responsible if the application is not committed online and submitted to H.R.D. Department.

Female candidates are exempted from paying of fees while submitting application.

Print out of Online Application, along with attested copies of certificates & Demand Draft Must be submitted before last date otherwise the candidature of candidate will be treated as cancelled

Last Date of Submission -25/11/2011

Important :  
 
All certificates will be verified with the originals at the time of interview.
Keep a photocopy of the Online Application (with photograph) with you.
Incomplete forms will be rejected.
