For applying ONLINE candidates should have Colored Passpost Size Photograph and Rs. 600/- as Application Fee. If the candidates is applying through MPONLINE authorised Kiosk, then he/she have to pay Rs. 600/- to that Kisok.

Candidates can fill form at any Internet cafe or at their own house. Through the website https://www.mponline.gov.in open the link Citizen Services at Home Page. After that Click the Application Button. You will see three option there as :

Before applying Candidates should Download this Advertisement and read carefully all the contents in it. After clicking on the first option the Application format will display. Candidates are advised to fill all the columns carefully. After that proceed to Payment Button. The fees can be paid by Credit Card or through Internet Banking . After successful submission of Fee candidates can download the Fee Receipt. Take a printout of the Application Form.
