The description of posts is as under :

• Management Trainees (Technical) : 408 Posts

Candidates should have a Degree in Engg. (full time) with 65% marks (average of all semesters), in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Instrumentation, Ceramics and Chemical Engineering.

• Management Trainees (Administration) : 72 Posts

For HR and Materials :

Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with 60% marks (average of all subjects) with at least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in HR/PMIR/Pers /MHROD for HR and Production/Operations/Materials Mgmt. for Materials disciplines.

For MT -Finance : CA/ICWA

SAIL Recruitment for Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee)

Age Limit : Maximum 30 Years as on 01.05.2012

(Not Born earlier than 01.05.1982, Relax-able as per Rules)

Application Fees : Rs. 500/- for General and OBC Candidates

                               Rs.100/- as processing fee for SC/ST/ PH/Departmental candidates.  

Last Date : May 09, 2012

Tentative Date of Written Test (will be confirmed in Admit Card) 17.06.2012
