Haryana Staff Selection Commission invites applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Auditors, Junior Engineers and Assistant Public Relations Officers vide Advertisement no 2/2012 dated 25.06.2012. The candidates can apply through Registered Post Only on the prescribed format as given at the end of the advertisement. The cutting of a Newspaper as Application Form will not be accepted. The format given at the end of the advertisement should be photocopied in enlarged mode on a thick paper. The envelop should be super scribe as "Name and Category of the Post Applied for and Advertisement No. ". The details of posts are as under :

FOOD and SUPPLIED DEPARTMENT HARYANA

• Name of Post : Auditor
• No. of Posts   : 32 Posts 
• Educational Qualifications : i) Degree of recognized University or its equivalent.
• ii) Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matriculation Standard.
• Age  Limit : 17-40 years
• Pay Scale  : Rs. 9300-34800+ Rs. 3200 Grade Pay.

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT ( B and R Branch) HARYANA

• Name of Post : Junior Engineer (Mechanical)
• No. of Posts   : 12 Posts 
• Educational Qualifications : i) Has passed three years National Certificate (Theoretical) Course in
• Mechanical Engineering conducted by State Board or has qualified the same from any other recognized institution.
• ii) Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matriculation standard.
• Age Limit : 17-40 years
• Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 + Rs. 3600/- Grade Pay

INFORMATION, PUBLIC RELATIONS & CULTURAL AFFAIRS HARYANA

• Name of Post : Assistant Public Relations Officer 
• No. of Post    : 06 Posts 
• Educational Qualifications : i) Graduate from a recognized University or its equivalent.
• ii) Diploma in journalism from a recognized University/ Institute or its equivalent.  OR
• One year course from Indian Institute of Mass Communications.
• iii) One year experience in a Publicity Organization of a Union or State Government in a post of comparable responsibility. OR
• One year experience as:
• a) a whole-time correspondent in a daily newspaper with a circulation of not less than 10,000 duly certified by Audit Bureau of Circulation. OR
• b) an Editor or a Sub-Editor or a Weekly newspaper with a circulation of not less than 5,000 duly certified by Audit Bureau of Circulation. OR
• c) a whole-time correspondent in a news agency. No honorary or part time experience shall be
• counted.
• iv) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matriculation Standard.
• Age Limit : 17-40 years
• Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 + Rs. 4000/- Grade Pay.

Application Fee: Fee at the following rates should be deposited in the Haryana Govt. Treasury under the head "0051 - H.P.S.C.-(103)-Staff Selection Commission, Haryana- Application fee and other receipts"   

• For General Category Candidates - Rs.150/-  
• For SC/BC/ ESM/ PH candidates of Haryana- Rs.35/- 
• No concession of fee for SC/BC/ESM from other states.

Candidates from outside will be treated as General and should send fee by Postal Order which should be in the favour of "Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission" payable Panchkula.

How to Apply :

Candidates willing to apply for these posts are advised to ensure about eligibility and other conditions as prescribed by Haryana Staff Selection Commission. For one particular category Only one one application can be applied by the candidates. Application form complete in all respects duly filled in by the candidates in their own handwriting in capital letters and signed in the specified space should be sent only through Registered Post to the following address :

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM

• One copy of latest stamp size photograph duly attested should be pasted on the application form.
• Attested photocopy of Treasury Challan.
• Attested photocopy of essential qualifications and above /diploma/degree should be attached with the application form.
• Attested copy of fresh Eligibility Certificate in case of DESM candidates duly issued by the respective Zila Sainik Board.
• Attested copy of Sport Gradation Certificate in case of Outstanding Sports Persons, duly issued by the Competent Authority.
• Attested photo copy of BC / SC / PHC Certificate issued by competent authority.

The candidates residing outside the state of Haryana should send original Indian Postal Orders with the application forms after retaining counterfoil of IPO’s with them. They will produce the original Treasury Challan/ IPO (Counter Foil), and all other relevant documents along with Photostat attested copies, at the time of interview.
