Candidates who have taken the Common Written Examination (CWE) for recruitment of Specialist Officers conducted by IBPS in March 2012 and have a valid Score Card along with other eligibility conditions as prescribed by the Bank can apply for the Post of Specialist Officer 2012-13. The Bank has advertised for recruitment of Agricultural Field Officers (JMG SC –I ) and Technical Officers (JMG SC I) in United Bank of India. The qualification for Agricultural Field Officers (JMG SC –I ) is Degree in Agriculture or Allied specializations such as Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Agri. Engineering /Fishery Science/Pisciculture /Agri Marketing and Cooperation etc.from recognized University and for Technical Officers (JMG SC I) there are two positions i.e. for Civil Engineers and the second is Electrical Engineer. For first position candidates should have Degree in Civil Engineering i,e. B.E./B.Tech or equivalent from a recognized University and for second position candidates should have a Degree in Electrical Engineering i,e. B.E./B.Tech or equivalent from a recognized University. Important Note :
SERVICE BOND: The selected candidates will be required to execute a service Bond undertaking to serve the Bank for a minimum period of three years from the date of joining the bank failing which they shall have to pay an amount of Rs.1.00 lakh (Rs. one lakh only) to the Bank. However this is will not preclude the bank from removing any such officer from service before the expiry of the bond period on administrative /disciplinary ground.
