Nagar, Mohali, Punjab-140306 invites applications for various positions as mentioned below vide Advt. No. 1 (N.F.) 2011-12. 

Applications are invited by IISER from Indian citizens for filling up the following vacancies:

• Physical Education Instructor: 01 Post, Salary: Rs. 9300-34800/- + 4600/- (G.P.)
• Scientific Assistant: 02 Posts, Salary: Rs. 9300-34800/- + 4200/- (G.P.)
• Technical Assistant: 02 Posts, Salary: Rs. 9300-34800/- + 4200/- (G.P.)
• Software Assistant: 01 Post, Salary: Rs. 9300-34800/- + 4200/- (G.P.)
• Lab Technician: 05 Posts, Salary: Rs. 9300-34800/- + 4200/- (G.P.)
• Office Assistant (Multi-skill): 03 Posts, Salary: Rs. 5200-20200/- + 2800/- (G.P.)
• Lab Assistant: 06 Posts, Salary: Rs. 5200-20200/- + 2800/- (G.P.)
• Data Entry Operator: 02 Posts, Salary: Rs. 5200-20200/- + 2400/- (G.P.)

Procedure for Registration: Application form downloadable from the website should be filled and submitted along with a recent passport size photograph to “the Registrar, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Mohali, Sector 81, Knowledge City, P.O. Manauli, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali-140306, Punjab”.

Registration Fee: Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- in favour of the Registrar, IISER Mohali payable at Chandigarh/Mohali as fee in case of General/OBC candidates. SC/ST/PD candidates exempted from payment of fee.

Last date: 10/07/2012 application should reach at address before the last date.

CORRIGENDUM:-

This has reference to advertisement No.1(N.F.) 2011-12 published on 24/12/11 for the following

posts:-

Scientific Assistant – 2(1-SC, 1 UR), Technical Assistant – 2(1 OBC, 1 UR), Lab Technician – 5 (1 ST, 2 OBC, 2 UR), Software Assistant – 1(1 UR), Office Assistant (Multi-skill) – 3(1 SC, 2 UR), Lab Assistant – 6(1 SC, 1 ST, 1 OBC, 3 UR), Data Entry Operator – 2(1 OBC, 1 UR).

For all the above posts maximum age limit shall be 32 years and relaxation of age for SC/ST, OBC,

PH and Ex-Serviceman shall be as per Government of India Rules.

For Physical Education Instructor 1 (UR) maximum age limit shall be 40 years.
