- Motivating channels like branch banking , PBK , Direct sales for generating Gold loan Biz
- Build up and manage a team of out sourced employees
- Maintain clean portfolio for the areas handled
- Candidate must be full time graduate.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position will be preferred.
- Candidates experienced in Sales will be preferred.
- MBA(freshers) can also apply.
- Candidate should be confident, assertive and should have a flair for managing teams, associates and channel partners
- Preference will be given to candidates having good local demography knowledge
- Needs to have strong communication skills and take up challenges in managing portfolios.
