Similarly if you have applied PAN Card through UTITSL service provider then the procedure will be as under. It does not matter you have applied for PAN card from which service provider. But you have to check the site for NSDL to check the PAN card status if you have applied through NSDL.And have not applied so far and want to apply for a PAN card then download the Form from the below link:
