The Indian Premier League session 6 (IPL 6) is going to be started today. The cricket Carnival is back. The first match is scheduled for today i.e. April 3, 2013 and will start at 20.00 Indian Standard Time and 14:30 GMT. This is a Day/Night match and will be played under flood lights. The first match will be played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Delhi Daredevils. The match will be played at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. The Kolkatta team will have the benefit of home crowd in the first match. Kolkata Knight Riders are also the defending champions and they will be looking for the second consecutive title this season. While on the other side, Delhi Daredevils is a promissing appearing Team and lost their match in the Semi-Finals againgst Chennai Super Kings.

As expected Kolkatta Knight Reiders wins the First IPL match by six wickets. Playing first Delhi Daredevils made 128 Runs by losing 10 wicets in 20 overs. Chasing the score, Kolkatta Knight Riders easily made 129 Runs for the loss of 4 wickets in just 18.4 overs.
