West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (A Government of West Bengal Enterprise) invites applications for the Posts of Assistant Engineers, Assistant Managers and Sub Assistant Engineers in various disciplines as mentioned below vide Notification No. :MPP/2013/02. The interested candidates can apply in ONLINE mode only through the link provided on the office website. The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of performance in Written Test followed by an Interview. The date of Examination will be intimated in due course of time and candidates should visit the site regularly. Educational Qualifications:

• For Assistant Engineer : Candidates must possess Full time 4 years B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in relevant discipline
• For Assistant Manager : Graduate in any discipline and MBA (2 years' full time course) / MPM (2 years' full time course) / MHRM (2 years' full time course) with major specialization in Personnel Management.
• Sub Assistant Engineer : Full Time 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Institute / College duly recognized by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education.

Age Limit: Candidates age should be minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 01 January 2013. 

(Relaxation in Age as per Government Rules.)

Application Fee: Rs. 400/- for Post No. 1 to 5 and Rs. 300/- for Post no. 6 & 7, pay by deposited in any branch of United Bank of India.
