Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued a notification for conducting the next Common Written Examination (CWE) for Recruitment in Clerical Cadre in participating Organizations. Interested and eligible candidates, who wants to join in any of the Participating Organizations as mentioned below is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CWE- Clerks-III) through the link provided on the official website of IBPS at www.ibps.in. No other means/mode of application will be accepted by IBPS. Since recruitment in clerical cadre in Public Sector Banks is done on State/UT-wise basis, candidates can apply for vacancies in any one State/ UT only. Consequently, a candidate would be required to appear for CWE & Interview in any one of the centers in that particular State/UT. However, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility etc. candidates may be allotted to a center of examination/ interview outside the chosen State/UT for which vacancies he/she is applying. Please note this reallocation is only for the conduct of examination/ interview and the candidate will be considered for vacancies in the State/UT applied for, as aforesaid. Before applying for the post, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms mentioned in this advertisement. Candidates are therefore to carefully read this advertisement and follow all the instructions given for submitting online application. Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply on-line much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date for depositing the fee to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability/ failure to log on to the IBPS website on account of heavy load on internet/website jam. Educational Qualifications: Candidates should have done degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. and also should have Certificate / Diploma / Degree in computer operations / Language / should have studied computer / Information Technology as on the subjects in the High School / College / Institute with proficiency in the local language.
Age Limit: Age age limit should be between 20 years to maximum 28 years .
(Relaxation in Age will be extended as per Government rules.)
Application Fee : Rs.100/- for SC / ST / PWD / Ex-Servicemen Candidates and Rs.600/- for all other candidates. Candidates have to pay the Application Fee through offline / online mode.
How to Apply : Candidates can apply online mode through IBPS Official website www.ibps.in for CWE Clerks-III online test. Before applying online, candidates should scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature adhere to the required specifications as given in Annexure II to the Advertisement which could be downloaded from the official website of IBPS and also from the link given at the end of this post.Online applications once registered will not be allowed to be withdrawn and/or the application fee/intimation charges once paid will not be refunded nor be held in reserve for any other examination. A recent, recognizable photograph should be uploaded by the candidate in the online application form and the candidate should ensure that copies of the same are retained for use at various stages of the process. Candidates are also advised not to change their appearance till the process is completed. Failure to produce the same photograph at various stages of the process/ doubt about identity at any stage could lead to disqualification.
