Educational Qualifications: Candidates should be done Matriculation with three years full time Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Metallurgy / Chemical / Ceramics / Computer Science and Instrumentation discipline for Operator-cum-Technician post and ITI (full time ) in Electronics Mechnic / Electrician / Fitter / Instrument mechanic / Machinist / Truner / Turbine Attendant trades from any recognized university / institute in India.
Age Limit: Candidates should be minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.250/- for Operator-cum-Technician post and Rs.150/- for Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee) posts through SBI Challan for General / OBC candidates. Candidates who belonging to SC / ST category applicant's should be pay Rs.50/- as processing fee.. Candidates may download SBI Challan form from SAIL website.

Before registering their applications on the website candidate should have a valid e-mail ID, which should remain valid for at least one year. Candidates should also have latest passport size photograph as well as photograph of signature in digital form (.jpg or .jpeg only of less than 500 kb size) for uploading with the application form.
