Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board (UPSESSB) invites applications from eligible candidates for the 6028 Posts of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) & 1112 Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) vide notification no. 1/2013 and 2/2013 respectively. The interested candidates can apply on a Full scape plain paper in his own hand writing or duly typed in the prescribed Application Format which could be downloaded from the official website of Board at www.upsessb.org and also from the link provided at the end of this post. The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Written Examination, Special Qualification and Interview as prescribed in the Board's Regulatory Act dated July 13, 1998 and Selection Board (First Amendment) Regulatory Act dated August 07, 2001. The candidates are advised in their own interest to ensure their eligibility before applying for these posts. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Written Test and Interview. The brief details are as under :

- Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) : 6028 Posts
- Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) : 1112 Posts
Age Limit : Candidates age should not be more than 21 year on 1/7/2014.
Educational Qualification: The candidates should have a Graduation Degree from UGC approved University in relevant subject with training degree for TGT post and must have obtained Post Graduate degree in concerned subject for PGT posts.
Selection Process: UPMSSCB will conduct written test of all candidates who found eligible and applied online successfully. After written exam, merit listed candidates will call for personal interview and final result will be based on written exam marks and interview performance.
Application Fee: Department has set application fee for all category candidates, details are given below:
- GEN/OBC: Rs.430
- SC: Rs. 130
- ST: Rs. 230
