U.P. RAJYA VIDYUT UTPADAN NIGAM LTD. (UPRVUNL), (An Undertaking of U.P. Government), invites applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Assistant Engineers (Trainee)/ Junior Trainee (Trainee) (Executive and Non-Executive Class) for operation & maintenance of their power stations, constructing new projects vide Advt. No. U-13/UPRVUSA/2013. The interested candidates can apply in ONLINE mode only through the link provided on the official website of UPRVUNL at www.uprvunl.org. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in written examination, Group Discussion and Interview. The brief details are as under :

IV.) Junior Engineer (Trainee) (Civil cadre): 22 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21 years to 40 years for Executive posts and 18 years to 40 years for Non- Executive posts as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess the qualification of degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Telecommunication/ Instrumentation/ Electronics and Instrumentation for Assistant Engineer (Trainee) (E & M) posts and degree in Civil Engineering from a University or Institution established by law in Uttar Pradesh for Assistant Engineer (Trainee) Civil and 03 years diploma examination Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Control and Instrumentation for Junior Engineer (Trainee) (E &M) and 03 years diploma examination in Civil Engineering from a institute recognized by State Government for Junior Engineer (Trainee) Civil as well as must have knowledge of Hindi in Devnagari Script.
Application Fee: General, OBC and other unreserved candidates are required to pay Rs. 1000/- while SC/ ST/ category candidates will have to pay Rs. 700/- as application fee for Executive Positions. General and OBC candidates need to pay Rs. 700/- while SC/ ST category candidates will have to pay Rs. 500/- as application fee for Non-Executive Positions. Application fee should be paid through ATM cum Debit Card/ Credit Card/ SBI Net banking/ Bank Challan Form (Payable at State Bank of India Branches).
How to Apply : All those candidates who wish to apply for Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer posts in Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited, they are required to apply through online mode by filling online application on UPRVUNL’s official website at www.uprvunl.org on or before 4th March 2014. After filling online application, candidates are required to send it along with hard copy of application, self attested copies of Caste certificate, domicile certificates, date of birth certificate, Technical essential qualification certificate/ final marks sheet, apprentice certificate, certificate of Ex-Servicemen to following address before 8th March 2014.

Important Instructions :
Before filling online application, candidates must have email ID, scanned copies of photo and signature. Log on to its official website at www.uprvunl.org.
- Navigate to ‘Careers' section.
- Click on “Recruitment of AE/ JE”
- Now click on ‘Apply Online'.
- Read the instructions and click on Proceed button.
- Fill application form with all mandatory details and upload the scanned copy of photograph and signature and submit.
- Now submit your application and note down the login ID and password.
- Download Challan form and make payment as mentioned above.
- Take print out of application for further use.
