Central Silk Board, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India invites applications from eligible candidates for the post as mentioned below vide Advt.No.CSB-2/2014. The interested candidates can apply in ONLINE mode only through the link provided on the official website of the Board. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. Candidates can fill online applications for more than one post have to send hard copy of application (separately for each post) along with all relevant enclosures to the Board. Submission of application(s) online is compulsory and hard copies of application(s), if any, received by this office from the candidates without filing their application(s) online will be rejected without notice. The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in Interview. The brief details are as under :

Age Limit: Age limitation is not similar for all posts. Kindly read official recruitment for age limit for the post you want to apply under Central Silk Board Jobs.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess the qualification of Master’s degree in Science or Agricultural Science for Scientist posts, Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Textile for Scientist, M.Sc in Computer Science for Computer Programmer, II Class Bachelor’s degree in Textiles for Inspector post, II Class Master’s degree in Hindi for Jr Translator post, Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering for Mechanic posts. Application Fee: No application fee is required for the Medical Officers openings in CG Health & Family Welfare Department.
How to Apply : The interested candidates who wish to apply for Scientist, Field Assistant, Asst and other posts in Central Silk Board, are required to apply through online mode by filling online application form on its official website at www.csb.gov.in.
Important Instruction to Apply Online :
- Visit the website www.csb.gov.in.
- Click on Already Registered (In case you already registered) else go to New Registration.
- After that fill all the details in the Application form and save as “Draft”.
- The data is in Draft mode, so if there is any mistakes then correct it and then Click “Submission (Final)”.
- After Submitting online, application number will be allotted.
- Take print out of application and send it along with mentioned documents.
Last Date : After filling online application, take print out of the same and send it along with photocopies of certificates in support of age, experience, disability, caste and educational qualification to following address on or before 14th March 2014.
