Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration & Research (AMD) invites applications from eligible candidates for the various Technical Posts as mentioned below vide Advertisement No. AMD-1/2014. The interested candidates can apply in ONLINE mode only through the link provided on the official website of AMD. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. Candidates may ensure that they fill in the correct information. Candidates who furnish false information will be disqualified for screening test/interview. Applications which are not in conformity with the requirement indicated in the advertisement will be rejected. No correspondence will be entertained with the candidates not selected for written test/ interview/ appointment. Total Number of Vacancies: 97 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 25 years, 27 years and 30 years as per the post requirement. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules and it will be considered as on 01-01-2014.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess the qualification of M.Sc in Physics/ Applied Physics for Technical officer, M.Sc in Chemistry for officer posts, B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Drilling Engg for Officer, B.Sc with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry for Posts Assistant posts, Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Drilling Engg for Assistant posts. Refer to the notification page for Post wise academic qualification.
Application Fee: General and other unreserved candidates are required to pay Rs. 250/- while SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped/ PWD category candidates are exempted from paying application fee. Application fee should be paid either through Online mode through SBI online payment by clicking link “Online Fee Payment” before filling up the online application. After making online payment computer generated SBI reference number should be noted and used for filling up the online application form. No Fee for Other Posts.
How to Apply : All those candidates who wish to apply for Technical Officer, Scientific Assistant and Technicians posts in Atomic Minerals Directorate (AMD), they are required to apply through online mode on AMD’s official website at www.amd.gov.in. After submission of online application candidates are required to take print out of the system generated online application form for further use. Before start filling online application, make sure candidates have scanned copies of Photograph and Signature.

- Navigate to Recruitment Section.
- Now Click on “Recruitment of Technical Officer, Scientific Assistant and Technicians”.
- Now fill all marked details and click on submit button.
- Upload Photograph and Signature.
- Now make payment as mentioned above.
- Once you are done with everything in the application form, click on submit button.
- At last, Take print out of application form for future references.
