District Selection Committee, Office of the Collector, Jalgaon invites applications from eligible candidates for the 227 posts of Clerk-Typist and Talathi. The interested candidates can apply in ONLINE mode only through the link provided on the official website of Collector Office Jalgaon at http://jalgaon.gov.in and also from the link provided at the end of this post. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. The candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility before applying for these posts. The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Written Test. The brief details are as under :
Name and number of the Post:
- Clerk-Typist: 89 Posts
- Talathi: 138 Posts
Total No. of Posts: 227
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 38 years as on 09-05-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should pass SSC with Typing Skill for S.No.1 Post, Graduate in any Discipline from recognized University for S.No.2 Post.
Examination Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs.400/- for Open category, Rs.200/- for Reserved category through State Bank of India (SBI).

- Starting Date for Payment of Fee in SBI: 12-05-2014.
- Last Date to Payment of Fee in SBI: 30-05-2014.
- Date of Written Exam for Clerk Typist: 08-06-2014 at 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM.
- Date of Written Exam for Talathi: 22-06-2014 at 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM.
