National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) invites applications from eligible candidates for the 40 Posts of Managers in  Technology / Operations / Business Development / Risk and Audit/ Finance & Accounts. The interested candidates can apply in ONLINE mode only through the link provided on the official website of NPCI at http://www.npci.org.in/ and also from the link provided at the end of this post. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. The candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility before applying for these posts. The selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India. The brief details are as under : 

• Name of Post : Manager (Technology / Operations / Business Development / Risk and Audit/ Finance & Accounts) 
• No. of Posts : 40 Posts
• Educational  Qualification : Professionally qualified like B.E/ B.Tech/ MBA/ MCA / CA / ICWA / CS or Equivalent. The eligibility criteria can be relaxed for the candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience. 
• Age Limit  : 28-40 Years
• Experience Required : 5-8 Years

How to Apply : The interested candidates can apply in Online mode only through the  NPCI website from 28/04/2014 to 28/06/2014.   The accountability/ responsibilities of the selected candidates will be as under : 

1. Manage exceptions on a daily basis and proactively provide resolution Work with the different regulatory agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and seek necessary approvals
2. Work with NPCI cross verticals to ensure service delivery to member Banks.
3. Be responsible to generate volumes of transactions on various product offerings given to banks
4. Track exceptional items relating to Operations on a daily basis and ensure suitable remedial measures are initiated.
5. Liaise with various internal teams including Network, Technology, Business, etc. for enhancing Operational efficiency.
6. Periodical project update (during implementation), identifying resource constraints/ challenges and intimate open issues to the concerned.
7. Engage with banks for making available to them and operationalize various NPCI applications/solutions
8. Responsible for making Operations team motivated at all times for optimum performance and delivery at all times
9. Responsible for development of team including guiding and mentoring the team members
