Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (An Institute of National Importance Established under an Act of Parliament) invites applications from eligible candidates for the posts as mentioned below vide Advt.No.:RGIPT/RBL/NAS/01/2014. All candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria must apply in prescribed format available on Institute website.Application Form may be downloaded from institute website- www.rgipt.ac.in under Recruitment Section. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. The appointment is purely on contract/deputation basis, for the following posts at serial No.1 to 9. The appointment shall initially be on contract for a term of 5 years.Thereafter,it may be regularized or renewal on similar terms or terminated.The age of superannuation for Registrar is 62 years and for the posts from serial No.2 to 9 is 60 years.The brief details are as under :

NOTE: The posts are not transferable between RGIPT Rae Bareli and Assam Centers.
Age Limit : Age of superannuation for Registrar is 62 years and for the posts from serial No.2 to 9 is 60 years. Maximum age and total experience shall be reckoned on the last date of application submission i.e. 15 July 2014.
Educational Qualification : For qualifications and experience, refer notification;
Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the test/ Interview. Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/ interview. Selected candidates will be appointed initially on contract basis for a period of 5 years, renewable as per candidate’s performance and company’s requirement.
Application Fee: Non-refundable application fee of Rs.200 is to be paid through a crossed DD issued in the favour of “RAJIV GANDHI INSTITUTE OF PETROLEUM TECHNOLOGY” payable at RAE BARELI. SC/ ST/ Female category candidates are exempted for payment of application fees.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates should send their duly-filled in application forms along with application fee DD and attested copies of required testimonials/ certificates/ documents by Registered Post/ Speed Post to ‘The Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology, Ratapur Chowk, Rae Bareli – 229316 (UP)’ so as to reach the office of Registrar by 15 July 2014.
Application should be superscribed with “Advt. No.:RGIPT/RBL/NAS/01/2014” and “Application for the Post of ---------”.
Candidates applying for appointment on deputation terms should submit the application along with attested copies of their ACR of preceding five years or as applicable.
