Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank (SHGB), Government of India Undertaking invites applications from eligible candidates for the for the post of Officer Junior Management (Scale-I) who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE-II for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/ October 2013 and declared qualified. The interested candidates can apply in online mode only through the link provided on the official website of Bank. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. The candiates are advised to ensure thier eligibility before applying for these posts. The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category. The minimum qualifying marks of interview shall be 40 percent of the total marks allotted for interview. The brief details are as under :

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: The candidates should have a degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Selection Procedure
Selection Procedure for both the posts will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/October 2013 and Personal Interview.
The minimum qualifying marks of interview shall be 40 percent of the total marks allotted for interview.
How to Apply
Candidates can apply online through Bank’s website www.hgb.co.in before 16 July 2014.
After applying the candidate is needed to take a printout of the Fee Payment Challan which will be needed for further process. Without original CBS challan, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
