Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience:
Assistant General Manager (Finance & Accounts) : -
(a) Graduate with CA / ICWA OR Commerce Graduate with MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance (2yrs Full time), from a recognized Indian University/ Institute approved by AICTE, (MBA with dual specialization will not be qualified).
(b) A minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience for CA qualified candidates
OR A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience for ICWA & Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Finance qualified candidates.
Security & Protocol Officer (Manager Level) :-
(a) Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce / Business Administration/ Business Management (03 Yrs full time)/Engineering, from a Govt. recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE.
(b) Desirable - Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management/Administration (2yrs Full time) from a recognized Indian University/ Institute approved by AICTE.
(c) A minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience.
Manager Technical/Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) :-
(a) BE/ B.Tech./AMIE from a Govt. recognised Indian University /Institute as approved by AICTE in any of the following branches i.e. Electrical/Electronics.
(b) Minimum 2 Years Experience.
Deputy Manager (Techno-Commercial) :-
(a) BE/B.Tech from a recognized Indian University /Institute as approved by AICTE in any of the following branches i.e.,Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics/Chemical Engineering.
(b) Experience - Experience is essential in Project Management and Co-ordination or Project Procurement, Logistics Management etc.
Executive Secretary (Officer Level) :-
(a) Graduate in Arts/Science /Commerce/Business Administration/ Business Management from a recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE (AND) Diploma in Commercial Practice/Secretarial Practice [a pass in Stenography (English) exam with speed of 120 wpm and Typing (English) speed of 45 wpm or equivalent] from any Govt. recognized Institute.
(b) A minimum of 04 years of post qualification experience.
Officer (IT) :-
(a) Three years Diploma (Full Time) in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Communication/ Telecommunications from a recognized Indian University/Institute. (OR) BE/B.Tech (Full Time) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Electronics/ Communication/ Telecommunications/, from a recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE.
(b) A minimum of 04 years of post qualification experience in IT field for Diploma holders. One Year relevant post qualification experience in IT field for Graduates.
Age Relaxation: 05 Years for SC/ST; 03 Years for OBC; 10 Years for PWD.
Application Fee: Rs.500/- for General, OBC, Employees of SPMCIL , BRBNMPL and Internal candidates. No fee for SC/ST/PWD Candidates. The Requisite fee must be paid along with the application by means of Banker's cheque/Demand Draft (Validity 03 months) issued by a Scheduled Commercial Bank drawn in favour of "BNPM Recruitment Account" payable at Bangalore.
How To Apply: Eligible Candidates submit the applications in the prescribed format published herewith on one side only on A4 - size paper along with a requisite fee, self-certified copy of testimonials/certificates in support of educational qualifications, experience, caste category and any other relevant certificates along with a self -certified recent passport size photograph and should enclose a DD.
