In the ICC Criclet World Cup 2015, today two matches were played. The first match was played between England v/s Sri Lanka at WestpacTrust Stadium, Wellington and the second match was played between Pakistan and Zimbabwe at Brisbane Cricket Ground (Woolloongabba), Brisbane. The first match was easily won by Sri Lanka. England bating first made 309 Runs for the loss of 6 wicket which was chased by the Sri Lanka players in just 47.2 overs. They made 312 Runs for the loss of only one wicket.
In the another match, Pakistan won his first match in the tournament. Zimbabwe players give a tough fight to win this match. Pakistan bated first. The opening was not good enough for Pakistan. They loss their first wicket when the score was 1 only and they were 2-4 in the 4th over of the match. They lost their 5 wickets in the 34th over and the score was 127 Runs. At the end of 50 overs Pakistan managed to score 235 Runs for the loss of 7 Wickets. Zimbabwe chased the score well but were all out in the 49.4 overs and scored 215 Runs. Pakistant Won the Match by 20 Runs.
