Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) invites applications from eligible candidates for the posts as mentioned below. The interested candidates can apply on the prescribed application form which could be downloaded from the official website of JNU. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. The candidates are requested to ensure their eligibility before applying for these posts. The selection of candidates will be based on Academic Background, Research Performance and quality of publications, Assessment of Domain Knowledge and Teaching Skills & Interview. Educational Qualification: Candidates should have doctoral degree in the concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline & minimum of ten years experience in teaching at University/ College Level, and/ or research at a University/ National level institution for Professor, Masters degree with at least 55% of marks & doctoral degree in concerned or allied/ relevant discipline for Associate Professor, Master’s Degree level, in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from accredited foreign University, M.Phil and Ph.D. in the relevant field for Assistant Professor.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.500/- (Non-refundable) + Rs.20/- for postal charges for General & OBC category, Fee can be payable on any nationalized bank in favour of the Finance Officer, Jawaharlal Nehru University payable at New Delhi. There is no application fee for SC/ ST/ PH candidates
