IBPS IVth Common Written Examination 2015 for RRB's

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) invites Online Applications from eligible candidates for the Examination of IVth  Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) (RRBs - CWE-IV). The Recruitment of Group 'A' Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group 'B' Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in participating Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) will be made through this examination. IBPS scheduled to be conducting RRBs 4 Exam tentatively in September 2015. IBPS CWE RRB-4 Online Application Form Registration start from 8th July 2015 and close date of online application is 28th July 2015.

Above 21 years - Below 40 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.07.1975 and later than 30.06.1994 (both dates inclusive)

Officer Scale- II

Above 21 years - Below 32 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.07.1983 and later than 30.06.1994 (both dates inclusive)

Officer Scale- I

Above 18 years - Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.07.1985 and later than 30.06.1997 (both dates inclusive)

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02.07.1987 and later than 01.07.1997 (both dates inclusive)

Educational Qualification & Experience (as on 28/07/2015):

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) –>
  1. Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. 
  2. Essential - Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s. (3) Desirable - Knowledge of Computer skills.

Officer Scale-I –>
  1. Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy; 
  2. Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s. 
  3. Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.

Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer) –>
  1. Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal    Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy. 
  2. Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Officer Scale-II (Information Technology Officer) –>
  1. Degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. 
  2. Desirable - Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc. 
  3. One Year Experience.

Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant) –>
  1. Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. 
  2. One Year Experience.

Officer Scale-II (Law Officer) –>
  1. Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. 
  2. Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period not less than two years.

Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager) –>
  1. Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution. 
  2. One Year Experience.

Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer) –>
  1. MBA in Marketing from a recognized university. 
  2. One Year Experience.

Officer Scale-II (Agricultural Officer) –>
  1. Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary  Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. 
  2. Two Years Experience.

Officer Scale-III –>
  1. Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy. 
  2. Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.

Application Fee: Officer (Scale I, II & III) - ₹ 100/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates, ₹ 600/- for all others; Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - ₹ 100/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidate, ₹ 600/- for all others. The fee pay through Online Payment Mode Only (using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets).

Selection Procedure: RRBs Common Written Examination (CWE) (Online Exam) and Interview. Candidates who have been shortlisted in the examination for CWE - RRBs-IV will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted with the help of the designated Nodal Regional Rural Bank in each State/UT and coordinated by IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority.
