Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), (A Government of India Enterprise) invites applications from eligible candidates for the posts mentioned below vide Employment Notification Number: 2013/1. Qualifications:
1. For Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) : Three years full time Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Metallurgy/ Chemical/ Ceramics/ Civil, and Instrumentation discipline from Govt. Recognized Institute.
2. For Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee) : Candidates must possess Matriculation and ITI in Fitter/ Welder/ Electrician/ Air conditioning /Refrigeration/ /Draughtsman/Machinist/Turner/ Instrument Mechanic/ Electronic Mechanic / IT & ESM trades from Govt. Recognised Institute.
3. For Operator-cum-Technician(Boiler Operation) : Three years full time Diploma in engineering from Govt. Recognized Institute with 2nd class or 1st class Certificate of Boiler Competency.
Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 28 years as on 01 January 2013. Age relaxation as per govt norms. Kindly view notification for more details.
Application fee:
1. For OCTT post : Rs. 250/- for General category candidates and Rs. 50/- for SC / ST / PWD candidates.
2. For ACTT post : Rs. 150/- for General category candidates and Rs. 50/- for SC / ST / PWD category candidates.
