University of Delhi invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Assistant vide Ref.No. Estab.IV/ JA(Contract)/244/012/2012/05 Dated: 30th May, 2013. The appointment is purely on Contract Basis for a period of six months on consolidated pay of Rs. 13,200/- per month. The candidates fulfilling the required qualifications as mentioned below can submit their application on the prescribed Per-forma which could be downloaded from the official website of University of Delhi along with self attested photocopies of certificates of educational qualifications, date of birth, caste/category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/PWD). Desirable Qualifications: Candidates should have Degree / Diploma in Computer Applications / Science and knowledge of operation of latest packages relating to Pay roll, Accounts, MIS etc.. with Diploma in Office Management and Secretarial Practice.

Dearness Allowance will be 80% w.e.f. January 2013 - 8 % increase in D.A. Expected

The Central Government, State Government and any other Illegible Employee of Maharashtra State had already enjoying 72% Dearness allowance from 01.07.2012. It is growth of 7% i.e. from 65% to 72% and all employee of India watching about how much Dearness Allowance will going to increase from 01.01.2013.  Last time we calculated D.A. from .01.01.2013 is 10% but on the contrary the Dearness Allowance will be Increased by 8% w.e.f. 01.01.2013 i.e. 80% on the ground of current CPI of  AICPI for Industrial workers. 

How to determine Dearness Allowance from 01.01.2013 ?

Due to recently increased Diesel price and On the basis of upcoming higher price of index and excepted AICPI by the world market position, the assume consideration is as follows:

Formula for Calculation of DA from 01.01.2013:

Dearness allowance = (208.67-115.76)*100/115.76= 80.26%
After ignore fraction = 80%

By the above projected calculation it is most expected Dearness Allowance rated to be increased by 8% w.e.f. 01.2013 it means that Dearness Allowance reaches 80%.

Teachers and Other Vacancies in HSSPP Recruitment 2013

Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad (HSSPP) is registered under the government of Haryana department. The main responsibility that is associated with it is the implementation of Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) and Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) in the state of Haryana. RMSA came into existence in the year 2009 with the aim of enhancing admission to secondary education. SSA is a flagship programme of the government of India which aims to achieve education for all that is mandated by the constitution of India in its 86th amendment. It aims to make mandatory and free education to the children between the 6-14 years of age.

   

The organization has announced for the vacancy of different posts. The total numbers of vacancies are 324 which are divided among the various posts.

   

The different posts for which the candidate can apply include the post of accountant (36) with a monthly salary of Rs.8,750, post of Teacher cum warden (36) with a monthly salary of Rs.17,840, post of full time teacher for social studies (36) , maths (36) ,science (36), Sanskrit (36) with a monthly salary of Rs.15,840 for each, Post of part time teacher in music (36), P.T.I (36) and computer (36) with a monthly salary of Rs.5000 each. 

  

Only the female candidates can apply for this job. The lower age limit is 21 years and the upper age limit is 45 years as on 01-01-2013.The relaxation in the age can be extended as per the government rules.

   

The educational qualification required for the accountant is that the person must have B.com degree, for the teacher cum warden and the full time teachers in the TGT level must have a degree of B.A, B.SC and B.ED in the respective discipline, for part time teacher the candidate must have B.A or any graduation degree in MCA with PGDCA and B.PED.

The selection will be done on the basis of written exam and interview. Also, their educational qualification and experience will be taken into account. There is no any other mode of selection. The candidates are requested to read the full information for the selection process. There will be different panels which will be constituted for the different posts and according to the performance in the exam and Educational qualification the final selection will be done. The decision made by the panel will be the final decision and the recruitment will be done on that basis.

There are two modes of submission of application one through the postage and another is through the e-mail to recruitmentkgbv@gmail.com. No other documents will be sent along with the application form. The postage stamp should be affixed on the envelope otherwise it will not be accepted. Only the ordinary post, speed post or registered post will be accepted. The application for the unreserved category and OBC is Rs.500 and for the reserved category it is Rs.300. The last date for the submission of application is 21-12-2012.

Formula to calculate D.A. for Centre Government Employees

In each financial year the Center Government declares Dearness Allowance for the employees working in different Departments/ Ministries/ Autonomous Bodies/ Corporations. The State Governments also follow these rules for calculating DA for the employees working under different States. There is a fix formula to calculate Dearness Allowance. Let us calculate expected Dearness Allowance which is due from July 2012. 

DA (Dearness Allowance) rates are fixed on the basic of All India Consumer Price Index for industrial workers. The base year to calculate DA has been taken as 2001. This new DA rate system is adopted by Central and State Govts and public sector Under takings from 01.01.2006 with new pay scale as declared by the Pay commission . DA rates are to be announced half yearly basis and applicable from first of January and First of July.

Price Index for Last 12 month

How to calculate Dearness Allowance from the year 2006: It is very simple ,suppose if you want to calculate Dearness Allowance with effect from Jan-12, get the average of monthly All India Consumer Price Index for industrial workers with the base year 2001=100 for the preceding 12 months and apply the same in the following formula

Dearness Allowance = (Avg of AICPI for the past 12 months - 115.76)*100/115.76 (Ignore fractions)

Here 115.76 means average of price index from Jan 2005 to Dec 2005.

So to calculate July 2012 DA rate (to be announced) we need Price index average from July 2011 to June 2012.As per Labour Bureau, Department Statistics, Government of India website index for July 2011 to  April 2011 has already been declared ,But for May,2012 and June,2012 yet to be declared.

We have assumed AICPI for May 2012 to 208 and June 2012 to 212.

Even if we assume the same 209,213 even then result remain the same .But according to our Estimate this will not be more than 213 in any case.

On the Basis of The assumption the calculation is given as under.

Dearness allowance (01.07.2012)=(200.08-115.76)*100/115.76=72.84 (ignore fraction)=72 %

so  DA rate from 01.07.2012 to be fixed at 72 % which is a increase of 7 % from previous rate of 65 % .

Dearness Allowance incresed by 7% in State Government

Friends,

The State Government of Haryana has enhanced the Dearness Rates of its emloyees by 7% from 51% to 58%. The Finance Minister of Haryana Sh. Harmohinder Singh Chattha has announced this. The rate of D.A. will be effective from July 2011. This has been declared on the pattren of Central Governement. 

A sum of Rs. 36.40 p.m. Crore will in increased due to increase in D.A. to its employees on the Government Treasure. The overall impact for this financial year will be Rs. 291.20 Crore.
