1. Log on to the website “www.hp.gov.in/hppsc”.
2. Click on “Apply Online” —> “New User Sign up here”.
3. Fill all the details and Click on Create User.
4. If you are Registered User then Login yourself.
5. Select the appropriate post and click on “Click to Apply”.
6. Candidates should upload the scanned Photograph & Signature in jpg format of size not exceeding 40 KB each.
7. Fill all the mandatory details and Submit.
8. Pay the application fee by clicking on E-Payment.
9. Fill all the details and Click on Pay Now.
10. After Payment, Re-Login and take print out of application form for future use.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Recruitment of Engineers in Various Disciplines 2014-15

The Commission will hold the Engineering Services Examination, 2014 on 20th June, 2014 for recruitment to the approx. 582 posts (PH-24) of Indian Engineering Service. APSC Recruitment of Assistant Engineers 2013

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not be exceed 50 years for Principal post, 45, 40 & 38 years for Asst Professor Post, between 21 and 30 years for Junior Works Engineer Post. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in interview.

Application Fee: Candidates has to pay the application fee of Rs.25/- (Rupees Twenty Five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card. No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates of any community.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in on or before 27-06-2013.  After submitting the online application form take the print out of the application form on or before 28-06-2013 up to 23:59 hrs and submit the printed d application form along with necessary documents and certificates at the time of interview.

Important Points to remember while applying ORA  : 
  • That no column is wrongly filled or kept blank as the information furnished therein would be used to determine the eligibility of candidates to be called for interviews.
  • That after submitting the Online Recruitment Application (ORA), a print out of the finally submitted Application is to be sent along with specified documents/ certificates.
  • That all the qualifications and experiences in the relevant field (over and above the minimum qualifications and experiences prescribed) are mentioned in the Online Recruitment Application as the Commission may restrict the number of candidates to a reasonable number by considering higher qualifications and/or experiences.
  • That copies of only following documents/certificates are provided in support of claims made/information given in the Online Recruitment Application:

  1. Degree/Diploma certificates along with Marks Sheets of all years in support of Educational Qualifications. Provisional Certificate along with Marks Sheets of all years may also be considered
  2. Experience Certificate(s) in prescribed proforma
  3. Order/ letter in respect of equivalent Educational Qualifications claimed, indicating the authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated
  4. Physically Handicapped certificate in prescribed proforma
  • That if the qualification possessed by the candidates is equivalent, a copy of order/letter under which it has been so treated may be enclosed. Any information contained in the attached documents/certificates shall not be considered unless it is claimed in the Online Recruitment Application.
