Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, Government of N.C.T. Delhi invites applications from eligible candidates for the Posts of Staff Nurse and Pharmacist. The interest candidates can apply on the prescribed Application Form which can be downloaded from the official website of the Guru Teg Bahadur's Hospital at http://www.gtbh.delhigovt.nic.in . The eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions of the appointment can also be downloaded from the above mentioned website. The appointment is purely on contract basis in first instance for a period of eleven months or till regular appointment is made through D.S.S.S.B whichever is earlier. Name of Post : Staff Nurse

Age Limit : Below 32 Years (Relax-able as per Rules)
Consolidated Remuneration : Minimum Basic Pay + Grade pay in the pay band + Dearness Allowance (as applicable)
Qualifications :
- Matriculation or its equivalent.
- ‘A’ Grade certificate in Nursing from recognized institution.
- Certificate in Midwifery Should be able to speak/understand Hindi.
- Should be registered with Nursing Council of any State of India before closing date.
Name of Post : Pharmacist
No. of Post : 06 Posts
Age Limit : 18-30 Years (Relax-able as per Rules)
Consolidated Remuneration : Minimum Basic Pay + Grade pay in the pay band + Dearness Allowance (as applicable)
Qualifications :
- B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute, OR
- (i) 10+2 with Science stream (Physics/ chemistry/Biology) from a recognized board.
- (ii) Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.
How to apply :
The interested candidates can download the prescribed Application Form from the website. The candidates are advised to go through the advertisement carefully and satisfy themselves about their eligibility. The application form duly filled along with all attested copies of relevant documents should be submitted in the Office of Medical Superintendent at above mentioned address on or before the closing date i.e., 03/07/2012 up to 3.00 PM. If any declaration/information furnished is found false or any material/fact suppressed willfully the contractual appointment will be terminated forthwith. The Scheduled Date of Interview will be displayed on Notice Board and Hospital’s website. Candidates are advised to consult the same and no request for change of date of interview will be entertained. No further correspondence for information of interview or any other will be issued.
Application will be received in the hospital at room no. 340 , Establishment-II, 3rd floor, Administrative Block between 10:00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. on all working days (except Saturdays, Sundays http://hssc.gov.in/pdf/advt/Advt_2_2012.pdf Gazetted Holidays). In case the closing date happens to be a public holiday the next working day will be the last date for receiving of applications. DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH APPLICATION FORM
All candidates must attach the following documents along with the Application Form:
(a) Two recent passport size coloured photographs (front face) with light background out of which one should be pasted (not stapled or tagged) on the space provided in the application form. The second copy of the same photograph should be attested by a Gazetted Officer and be attached carefully with the application form for the purpose of identification of the candidate at any stage of recruitment.
(b) All candidates must attach the photo copies of the following documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer along with the Application Form:
(i) Matriculation/Secondary certificate or equivalent in support of their declaration of age.
(ii) Degree or Diploma or other certificates in support of claim of educational qualifications (copies of ALL THE YEAR WISE MARKS-SHEET) from Matriculation onward, experience(if any), age-relaxation etc.
(iii) Community/Category Certificate/Physically Handicapped/ Ex-Servicemen Certificate issued by notified/competent authorities as per the prescribed format, if benefit is claimed under any of the above categories. In case of OBC candidate that he/she does not belong to the creamy layer on the crucial date, in addition to the OBC community certificate issued to him/her on or before the crucial date.
(iv) Registration certificate with concerned state council wherever necessary.
