Here are three easy steps which will explain how to apply online :-
First step is Candidate's Registration. Fill all required information and also print a E-Challan out of the State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank.
Second Step is deposit the fee in any Bank of which you have printed the E-Challan. The Bank will provide a Transaction ID / Journal No. and Date on E-Challan submitted by you.
The Third Step is to fill the information in the Commissioner's website after two working days of Depositing Fee. Also upload the Photo and Signature in the prescribed format and Submit the Application Form.
