Eligibility:
- BE/BTech from 2012 batch (any branch)
- No more than 1 gap year
- A minimum of 70% in 10th and 12th
Job Profile:
eLitmus has multiple openings across multiple functions including Corporate Delivery, Sales Operations and Campus Relations etc. You could be absorbed in one or, more likely, multiple groups.
Please note that Management trainee job does not mean you will be managing people. It signifies the role requires a person to be flexible enough to take up multiple roles.
Desired Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills and extremely high on aptitude (you may be asked to solve logical reasoning questions and puzzles in interviews)
Note: Company spends considerable effort in training new employees through a direct mentoring by senior folks.
