Application Fee : Rs 500/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates) to be paid by payment challan to be deposited in SBI only.

Selection : Eligible candidates will be required to appear for written test on 07/10/2012.
How to Apply : Apply online from 04/08/2012 to 26/08/2012 at ONGC website only. .
IMPORTANT:
Candidates are advised to read and follow the steps defined in the “Steps for filling up the Online Application Form” document available on the 2nd Link on the main page with the “new” button flashing.
Candidates from reserved categories (OBC,SC,ST) applying for disciplines in which reserved posts are not available shall be treated against general category posts provided they otherwise meet the eligibility criteria.
General and OBC candidates are required to pay a Non-refundable registration fee of Rs 500/- and SC/ST/PWD candidates are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 100/- (Please refer section E, point 5 in advertisement for details.).
Before Applying please ensure that you have downloaded the Challan Slip, deposited the requisite fee using the same and the Challan slip is available with you. The Challan slip is required to complete the filling up of the online application form.
A valid e-mail id with the validity for a minimum period of One Year is a must. Only this email id will be considered for all future correspondence.
Please ensure that you have the following scanned documents ( jpeg or jpg format only ) with you which are to be uploaded during the online registration process.
• Recent passport size Color photograph with white background ( should be less than 50 kb)
• Signature ( should be less than 20 kb)
• ONGC Challan copy ( should be less than 100 kb)
Once you submit your Application, the System will generate a unique Registration No. Take a printout of this Registration Slip. Kindly keep a record of the same for future reference.
An application once saved and submitted cannot be CHANGED or EDITED..
After registration, users may use their Registration Id and Date of Birth or a combination of Email Id and date of birth to re-login and check their application status from time to time.
