Steel Authority of India Limited (A Government of India Enterprise) invites applications from eligible candidates for various posts as mentioned below vide Advt.No.:RMD/K/Pers/F-14/2012/1912 dated 19.11.2012 for its Raw Materials Division (RMD). The candidates should have a Three years full time Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/Civil/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Chemical/ Mining with Mines Survey Certificate of Competency from DGMS. Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 18 to 28 years as on 30-06-2012.
(Relaxation in Age as per the rules).
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess 3 years full time Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Chemical /Mining with Mines Survey Certificate of Competency from DGMS from Government Recognized Institute.
Application Fee: Unreserved and OBC Candidates must pay Rs.250/- and SC/ST Candidates must pay Rs.50/- as application fee through SBI branch (having Core Banking Facility) and all the candidates must pay an Additional Amount of Rs.20/- as Bank Charges. Payment must be remitted in the specially opened account no.32469839252 at SBI, CAG Branch, Kolkata, on behalf of SAIL/RMD through the print out of challan which is available on the Application Registration Portal.
Instructions for Online Applicants:
- First Candidates have to scan the color photograph, signature, thumb impression for uploading at the time of online apply.
- Candidates have to visit the site www.sail.co.in and select the “Careers with SAIL”.
- Candidates have to fill the fields with correct information in the online application
- Download the Challan and make the payment.
- Next update the challan unique journal number and the branch code of the bank in the online application and submit it.
- After Applying candidates are required to download the system generated Registration slip with unique registration number. Take a print copy of the registration slip.
- Date, Time and examination Center will be announced through email/www.sail.co.in.
