Power Finance Corporation Limited (A Government of India Undertaking) invites applications for various posts as mentioned below vide Advertisement No. 01/2013 as published in the Employment News dated 30.03.2013 and also on the official website of PFC. The interested and eligible applicants would be required to Register and Apply Online through PFC's website i.e. www.pfcindia.com from 1000 hours on 19.03.2013 to 1700 hours on 15.04.2013. No other means/mode of application will be accepted by PFC. Candidates in their own interest are advised to ensure their eligibility before applying for these posts. The brief details are as under : 

1. Officer (E2) MS Programmer : 01 Post
2. Junior Accountant : 12 Posts
3. Translator (Hindi) : 01 Post
4. Assistant (Hindi) : 01 Post

General Conditions : 

•  All qualifications should be full time and from Universities/Institutions recognized and approved in India by AICTE/UGC/Appropriate statutory authority.
• Candidate belonging to Government/Semi-Government organization/PSUs shall normally send their application through proper channel. However, in the event of difficulty they may send the application directly and they will have to produce relieving order from their organization in the event of their selection.
• Incomplete applications or applications received late will be summarily rejected.
• All Computations of age/minimum experience requirement/qualification shall be done w.r.t.19.03.2013. The date of declaration of result/issuance of mark sheet shall be deemed to be the date of acquiring the qualification and there shall be no relaxation on this account. Post qualification executive experience on a post/level shall be counted only from the date of assumption of charge.
• The mere fact that a candidate has submitted the application against the advertisement and apparently fulfilling criteria as prescribed in the advertisement would not bestow on him/her the right to be called for interview/considered for selection process. PFC Management may also relax/lower the qualifying standards/criteria in case suitable candidates are not available. The total number of projected vacancies indicated in this advertisement may increase/decrease/be cancelled at the discretion of PFC Management, if need so arises, without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
• Candidates claiming to belong to any particular category shall necessarily submit a copy of SC/ST/OBC/PWD certificate as prescribed by Government of India, as the case may be, from a competent authority.
• Positions are advertised for PFC, postings can be at any of the Units/Projects/Regional Offices/JVs/Subsidiaries of PFC. All posts are transferable at the sole discretion of the Management.
• Single to and fro fare as per Corporation?s rule will be paid to outstation candidates called for interview on production of proof or ticket number.
• Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. While applying for any post, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned above, as on the specified dates and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects, in case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect /false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand automatically cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming(s) is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated without any notice.
• Any legal proceeding in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/or any application in response thereto can be instituted only in Delhi and courts/ tribunals/ forums at Delhi only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any such cause/dispute.
• PFC will not be responsible for any postal delay/loss in transit in submission of documents within specified time.
• In case any ambiguity/dispute arises on account of interpretation in version other than English, English Version will prevail.

How to Apply : Eligible applicants would be required to Register and Apply Online through PFC's website i.e. www.pfcindia.com from 1000 hours on 19.03.2013 to 1700 hours on 15.04.2013. Candidates are required to take printout of the system generated Registration-cum-Application form and send the same along with the self attested photo copy of proof of date of birth, qualifications, experience, category, PWD and last emoluments drawn by Post, in a cover superscribing “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF …………………… GRADE…….., Application No……………” addressed to Sr. Manager (HR) at the above address. A recent passport size photograph must be affixed on the Registration-cum-Application form. After successful registration, a copy of challan form will be generated in triplicate with a unique application ID printed over it. Applicants will be required to deposit a non-refundable application fee of `500/- (not applicable for SC/ST/PWD category) in cash at any SBI branch along with the Bank copy of challan form on any day after the generation of challan form (not on the same day) but not later than 17.04.2013. In case a candidate is applying for more than one post, separate applications will be required along with separate payment of application fee, wherever applicable. In addition to the application fee of `500/-, the Bank charges (as applicable) shall be paid separately to the Bank directly by the candidate. All the Registration-cum-Application forms along with requisite enclosures and PFC copy of challan duly stamped by SBI branch should reach us by 20.04.2013. However, in respect of applications received only by post (by Post/ Speed post) from the candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti district and Pangi sub division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Island or Lakshadweep or abroad, the last date for receipt of applications is 27.04.2013. The benefit of extended date will be available only in respect of applications received by Post/ Speed Post from the above mentioned areas/regions. In case of applications received by hand or through courier service, benefit of extended time will not be available regardless of the place of residence of the applicant.
