Chandigarh Administration, Local Audit Department invites applications from eligible candidates for 09 posts of Junior Auditors in the pay scale of Rs. 10300-34800+4400 GP with initial pay of Rs. 17420 plus usual allowance as admissible in the Chandigarh Administration from time to time. The interested candidates can apply in ONLINE mode only through the link provided on the official website of Chandigarh Administration. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Written Test/ Interview. The brief details are as under :

Total No. of Posts: 09

Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 30 years for Gen, 33 years for OBC, 35 years for SC, 35 years for Government Servants.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.Com./ Bachelors of Business Studies/ Bachelors of Business Administration from a recognized University. M.Com/ MBA (Finance)/ PGDM (Finance)/ Costs and Management Accountant with certificate course in computers is desirable.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs.600/- (for Gen and OBC), Rs.300/- (for SC) deposited in any of State Bank of Patiala branches.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through website www.chandigarh.nic.in from 27-09-2014 to 17-10-2014. After applying online download challan form and deposit on or before 20-10-2014.

Instructions to Apply Online:

1. Go to the Website www.Chandigarh.nic.in.
2. Click on ‘Public Notice’ in ‘Information Tab’.
3. Click on the link—> Local Audit Department Recruitment – 2014.
4. Click on ‘Online Application Form’.
5. Read the Instructions carefully and fill the Application Form.
6. Upload the scanned copies of photograph, signatures and click continue.
7. Please note down Login id and password.
8. Click Continue to Complete Application Form.
9. Go through Declaration Para carefully and then check the “Declaration Confirmed & Accepted” box.
10. Click on the button Submit Form.
11. Click on the link “Bank Challan” and take a print out of challan form.
12. Deposit the requisite fee in any of State Bank of Patiala branches.
13. Take Printout of Application Form for further use.
