NTPC Recruitment of Engineering Executive Trainee Posts 2015-16

National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited invites applications from eligible candidates for the 120 posts of Engineering Executive Trainees. The interested candidates can apply in ONLINE mode only through the link provided on the official website of NTPC. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. The candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility before applying for these posts. The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of  GATE-2015 marks and candidates will be called for group discussion & interview.The brief details are as under :

Name of the Post: Engineering Executive Trainee 

Name of the Disciplines:
1. Electrical: 40 posts
2. Mechanical: 60 posts
3. Electronics: 10 posts
4. Instrumentation: 10 posts

Total No. of Posts: 120 

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 27 years as on 03-03-2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electrical Instrumentation & Control/ Power Systems & High Voltage/ Power Electronics/ Power Engineering/ Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering/ Production & Industrial Engineering/ Thermal/ Mechanical & Automation/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Power/ Power Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics.

Application Fee: Candidates has to pay Rs.150/- (non-refundable) for General/ OBC category through State Bank of India branch, Ac.No.30987919993 at CAG branch, New Delhi, on behalf of NTPC.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.ntpccareers.net from 02-02-2015 (Monday) at 11:00 hrs to 03-03-2015 (Tuesday) till Midnight.

  3. Click on “Click here for Online Registration”.
  4. Click on “Proceed to Registration”
  5. Fill all the details carefully and submit the form.

  • Last Date to Apply Online: 03-03-2015 (Tuesday) till Midnight.
  • Online Examination Dates: From 31-01-2015 till 08-02-2015.
