Public Works Department, Rajasthan invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Engineers in various disciplines as mentioned below vide Advertisement No. 1/2012 dated 18/05/2012. The candidates having a Degree/Diploma in Civil/Electrical discipline from a recognized University/Board can apply for these posts. The Rajasthan Government Public Works Department will conduct a Direct Recruitment Competitive Examination PWD-2012 for selection of candidates. The details are as under :

- Junior Engineer (Civil) Diploma ( Total Vacancies : 114)
- Junior Engineer (Electrical) Degree ( Total Vacancies : 14)
- Junior Engineer (Electrical) Diploma ( Total Vacancies : 4)
Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 3200/-
Age Limit : 18-37 Years as on 01/01/2012
(Relax-able as per Rules)
Application Fee : Rs. 500/- for General Candidates
Rs. 250/- for BC/EBC Candidates and
Rs. 125/- for SC/ST Candidates
(In addition to above Rs. 30/- will be charged as Service Charges)
